Privacy

europe-switch.eu is a free guide to European software. It is made by Righetti B.V., the makers of RighettiOS.

Who we are

Righetti B.V., Hamerstraat 10, 7556 MZ Hengelo, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 42103363. Send questions about your data to info@righettios.com.

What we do not do

The page loads the list of services from our own server. Searching and filtering then happen entirely in your own browser; what you type is not sent to us.

What the server records

Like any website, our server processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, the time and the page you requested. We need this to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site runs on servers in Germany. How long we keep these logs is set out in the RighettiOS privacy statement.

If you submit your software

Companies submit their software with a RighettiOS account, on righettios.com; the RighettiOS privacy statement applies there. We use your name and email address only to contact you about your submission. A submission that is not accepted is deleted after 12 months. Nothing about you is shown in the guide: only the details of the service.

If you send us a message

The "Message us" button sends your name, your email address and your message to us. They go into RighettiOS, our own system on servers in Germany, and we use them only to reply to you. The notice of your message and our reply go out through our email provider in the EU. We delete a message 12 months after its last change, or earlier if you ask us at info@righettios.com. The button sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

If you email us

If you suggest a service by email, we only use your message to review the suggestion and, if needed, to reply to you.

Links to other sites

The guide links to the websites of the services themselves. Their own rules apply there.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
